There are several possibilities for finding suitable employees:


1. Full Search (Organization of public competitions along with a database search)

  • In cooperation with the Client, we compile a description of the vacant position (job description), which includes duties, requirements for the applicant, and working conditions.
  • We compile and coordinate the job ad(s) with the Client and publish them in the most popular job portals, and if necessary and with the approval of the Client, in other media channels as well.
  • We search for applicants that correspond to the job description in the databases. We then contact the potential suitable candidates and ask them to apply.
  • We evaluate the applicants’ CVs and conduct job interviews with the selected candidates.
  • In addition to the job interviews, we also evaluate the applicants based on various assignments and tests (personality tests, capability tests, professional tests and language tests).
  • We do background checks on the selected candidates by checking their previous places of employment and their references.
  • We present the Client with the most suitable candidates’ CVs and facts about their careers (the reasons they left their previous jobs, etc.). We provide evaluations on the candidates regarding their conformity to the job description (including the results from the job interviews, tests and assignments, as well as background checks).
  • We organize a final round interview between the Client and the suitable candidates.
  • We inform all the applicants about the results of the competition.

 

2. Targeted Search

  • In cooperation with the Client, we compile a description of the vacant position (job description), which includes duties, requirements for the applicant, and working conditions.
    In the case of targeted searches, it is very important to highlight the factors that make the company attractive to potential applicants (for instance, financial indicators and sustainability, development prospects, and the possibility for international development).
  • We identify the companies and organization where candidates with suitable backgrounds and experience could be working. We coordinate the list of the identified companies with the Client.
  • We compile a database of the contact information of the potential applicants. We collect the contact information from the identified companies, the M-Partner databases and through our existing network of contacts.
  • We contact the potential suitable applicants and introduce the vacant position and company to them. We guarantee the confidentiality of the participants in the competition.
  • We conduct job interviews with the applicants interested in the position in order to ascertain their motivation and suitability for the company. If necessary, we also evaluate the candidates based on various assignments and tests (personality tests, capability tests, professional tests and language tests).
  • We present the Client with the most suitable candidates’ CVs and facts about their careers (the reasons they left their previous jobs, etc.). We provide evaluations on the candidates regarding their conformity to the job description (including the results from the job interviews, tests and assignments, as well as background checks).
  • We organize a second round interview between the Client and the suitable candidates, and participate ourselves if necessary.
  • We do background checks on the selected candidates by checking their previous places of employment and their references.
  • We inform all the applicants about the results of the competition.
