Our recruitment projects have taken us into a wide variety of fields, but we’ve helped find the most people in sales, customer management, marketing, design and construction, finance, manufacturing and engineering.

M-Partner HR was established in 2002. The company’s history dates back to the 1990s and Mainor Partner, which carried out recruitment activities within the Mainor Group.
Much has changed in the labour market since then.
In the 2000s, we helped companies fill positions in sales, engineering and finance and also assisted several foreign companies in finding people. At the time, recruitment processes focused on open contests and the assessment and selection of candidates. Recruitment methods and tools were paper-based at the time.
Since 2012, we have focused mainly on finding specialists and managers. Year after year, the importance of the target search method has grown and we are happy to admit that we are very good at it. We conduct over 100 successful recruitment processes a year.
