In our experience, the best results in finding employees are achieved by a full search or targeted search (headhunting).

All you need to do is describe the job position and your expectations in as much detail as possible and in four to seven weeks we will present you with two or three shortlisted candidates, from which you can choose the right one.

Target search will help us find the right employee for you from people who are not actively looking for a job but who are interested in new challenges. We use our own high-quality database, professional registers and other channels.

In the case of a full search, we also conduct a targeted search, but we publish the job position on job portals, in the media, etc.

We also offer a pre-selection service, where you can get a list of people interested in applying and matching your job position profile. In this case, you can conduct the interview rounds yourself in your company.
