We will select the two to three strongest candidates through a series of rounds and activities (see sidebar for more details), on whom we will prepare in-depth reports. All you have to do is talk to them face to face and choose a new colleague.
We guarantee you’ll find a good employee among the candidates, who will stay with your company for more than a few months. Depending on the job, the guarantee applies for 4-12 months.

Understanding the expectations of the job position, the new employee, the nature of the company and the business, will help us set our target search more accurately.
We also need this information when communicating with candidates. During this process, we are your company’s representatives and we want to be able to answer all the candidates’ questions.
How long does a full search take?
Depending on the job position, it will take between four and seven weeks to identify and select the shortlisted candidates.
We will agree on the exact timeframe of the search when concluding the contract once we know all the details.

CREATING A JOB PROFILE
We will start with an in-depth interview with you to find out the job position profile and expectations for the candidate.
CREATING A JOB ADVERTISEMENT
According to our agreement, we will create and design a job advertisement and publish it either exclusively on job portals or in paper publications.
We will map companies and organisations whose people form the target group we are interested in. These could be, for example, people who have worked in the field, have a professional education or hold an appropriate professional qualification.
CREATING A LIST OF CANDIDATES
We will compile a list of people who did not reach us through open competition but who fit the profile of the job position (longlist). We will coordinate the shortlist with you before contacting the candidates.
We will contact the people on the list to see if they are interested in applying.
We will conduct preliminary interviews to find out whether the person fits the profile.
We will conduct a more in-depth interview with each candidate.
We assess candidates through practical tasks and tests provided by you.
We interview candidates' professional advisors and perform background checks using public sources and records.
We will provide you with in-depth reports on the two or three candidates who make it to the final round. We'll organise meetings for you, which we'll attend if you wish us to.
We will inform all candidates of the results of the contest.
Depending on the position, we guarantee the recruitment process will take between 4-12 months. If the employee is not suitable or leaves of their own accord during this period, we will carry out a new recruitment process at our own expense.
