If you want to carry out the recruitment process yourself, starting from the interviews, but want help finding suitable candidates, then the pre-selection service is for you.
This service saves you time that you would otherwise spend searching and selecting candidates. Therefore, you may not find the right candidates because they are not actively looking for a job.
We, however, can use different databases, contact the right people and invite people interested in the new job to apply.
At the end of the process, we’ll send you a list of people who are interested and their CVs. You’ll then have to conduct various interview rounds with them and select a new employee.

How long does pre-selection take?
It takes two to five weeks to compile a shortlist of suitable candidates. In that time we can create a list, call people and put together a list of those interested in applying.

CREATING A JOB PROFILE
We will start with an in-depth interview with you to find out the job position profile and expectations for the candidate.
We will map companies and organisations whose people form the target group we are interested in. These could be, for example, people who have worked in the field, have a professional education or hold an appropriate professional qualification.
CREATING A LIST OF CANDIDATES
We will put together a longlist of suitable people. We will coordinate the shortlist with you before contacting the candidates.
We will contact people to see if they are interested in applying. If they are, we will conduct a short preliminary interview to find out whether the person matches the job position profile.
TRANSMISSION OF THE LIST
We will send you the final list of people who are willing to come for an interview based on the preliminary information.
