Target Search

To M-Partner, a target search is more than merely browsing CVs in job portal databases. It means familiarising yourself with the employer’s areas of activity and the skills and qualifications needed to fulfil tasks, plus mapping companies, organisations and other possible sources and potential candidates based on this. We are ambassadors to employers, we do our best to introduce the company and the position to our candidates as thoroughly as the employer’s head of personnel would.

COMPILING A JOB PROFILE

We meet with the employer's representatives to familiarise ourselves with the company, map their recruitment needs and the tasks of the position and determine the prerequisites needed for the position in terms of experience, education and personality. We then compile a job profile.

MAPPING

We map companies and other organisations whose employees and members constitute the target group of potential candidates in the search. These may be, for example, people with experience in the given field of activity, education in the field or vocational education.

COMPILING A LIST OF CANDIDATES

We compile a list of potential candidates forming the basis of the target search.

DIRECT OFFERS

We personally contact each candidate to introduce the employer's company and the vacancy and to determine whether the candidate is open to applying for the job.

INTERVIEWS

We conduct a personal semi-structured interview with each candidate to assess whether they are suited to the position.

PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEWS

We conduct pre-screening interviews to determine whether the candidates are compatible with the job profile.

ASSESSMENT

We assess candidates using practical position-specific assignments and tests.

BACKGROUND RESEARCH

We talk to the candidates’ professional referees and run background checks via public sources and registers

FINAL ROUND

We present the employer with thorough reports on the final-round candidates. We organise meetings between the employer and the candidates, participating as an external party if desired.

FEEDBACK

We inform all applicants about the results of the competition.

GUARANTEE

Depending on the position, we issue a guarantee of 4-12 months on the recruitment process. In the event of the employee proving unsuited to the position or quitting, we will carry out a second recruitment process for a new employee at no additional cost for the employer.
